HotchPotch Issue 1 (New Children's Comic)

I'm responsible for a couple of depictions of Bizarre Beasties which show up in the first issue of Hotchpotch, a new comic for children. Blurb and links follow...

Hotchpotch Comic Issue 1 is available now in Print and Kindle format on Amazon!

This brand new full colour children's comic anthology from the creative team behind 100% Biodegradable features 10 strips from the likes of Brett Burbridge, Tony Suleri, Piotr Nowacki, Malcolm Kirk, Simon Mackie and many more.

From Disney animator Rene Pfitzner comes a beautifully illustrated Sneaky Goblins strip, as Dank Grapple struggles to pass his assassination exam.

In The Last Of The Navel Navigators by David Hailwood, Brett Burbridge and Ken Reynolds, a stork on his last delivery before retirement loses his package in a thunderstorm, and sets off on the adventure of a lifetime.

In Prank Land by Dominik Szczesniak and Piotr Nowacki two high spirited young boys go in search of their missing parents in a world where the rules of logic and reason no longer apply.

Plus! Double O Ducky...The Hoodied Horror...Bizarre Beasties and madcap mayhem galore!

The 40 page full colour all ages comic is available in print form here (plus all countries outside the UK):  https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/1706356455/

And in Kindle format here (which also includes a Look Inside, so you can check out more of the contents):  https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B08175RNQF/

Issue 2 is coming together nicely, and should be out before Xmas.

We've also released a companion piece to the comic; a Blank Comic Book For Creative Kids, which consists of over 100 pages of blank comic panels waiting to be filled by talented young artists. There's even a few pages of tutorials, and a sheet of 25 fun characters to inspire children to draw.

It's already proving very popular and hit the number 1 spot on Amazon in several categories shortly after it's release. Here's the link, in case you're interested in checking it out:  https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/1706387636
